The Hex Game Club Program is designed to reward those who attempt to improve and expand the gaming community. The program is open to college gaming organizations, regional gaming clubs, and similar organizations. While Hex makes the final determination on whether a particular organization, qualifies, here are our general guidelines for membership: - The group must have a name.
- The group must support multiple games or game systems.
- The group must be open to members of the general public.
- The group must organize events and programs that promote and expand the gaming community.
If you believe your group qualifies (hint: your weekly D&D gaming group doesn't), get someone (preferably some kind of official representative or elected leader) to fill out the Game Club Sign-Up Form . Once we've determined that you're legit, we'll send a copy of the QAGS Second Edition PDF to your group's representative. The group representative is free to print out and make copies of the file for use by club members, but we request that you do not give copies to random strangers, post the file to Limewire, use the PDF for commercial purposes, or otherwise infringe on our copyrights and intellectual property. The Game Club program is still in its infancy, so there's a decent chance we'll come up with a few more cool benefits sooner or later. If you have any suggestions to make the program better, please contact our Marketing Department and let us know your ideas.
