Paradigm City, USA is world-renowned for many different reasons. Its rich history, captivating architecture, and vibrant nightlife make it a popular tourist spot. Its top-notch schools, high employment rates, and excellent public transportation system make it a great place to live. And its large port, modern infrastructure, and tax incentives make it a very popular location for all types of industry.

Mostly though, Paradigm City is known for its super-heroes, who are perhaps drawn to the place by its high crime rate, poorly secured insane asylum, and maximum security penitentiary. These powerful, colorfully-clad men and women are ever vigilant, always ready to swoop down and save the day. Their daring adventures and colorful antics have captured the hearts and minds of the people of Paradigm City and the world.

You're not one of those people. Sure, you've got a power (or at least a schtick), but it isn't particularly awe-inspiring (or even all that useful). You don't have a fancy crime-mobile, fully-modern headquarters, or high-priced publicist like the big boys. But you've got heart, and sometimes that's all you really need.
