| Frankie Ampersand is not the classic "hard boiled" detective. He's a nice, easy-going guy that makes friends easily. He can fit into any social situation with ease, from meeting in seedy bars to power lunches at the finest restaurants. Though he seems extremely laid back, Frankie does have the mind of a detective, noticing everything that goes on around him. Frankie usually acts as spokesperson for Ampersand & Ampersand, and is comfortable in the spotlight. In fact, Frankie loves to be the center of attention. As Frankie has learned more about the dark side of Hollywood, he's developed an interest in unusual or unsolved celebrity deaths, and keeps extensive files on such cases.
