The Hex crew have all made it back from GenCon, and most of us have finally managed to catch up on our sleep. This was probably our best year ever in terms of introducing people to the game. We ran four well-attended and lively panels and 15 games this year. Except for one early-morning game that didn't go off, every single game was either full or only a couple of players short of the maximum, a few were over the player limit, and every single one was a lot of fun. Thanks to all the folks who came to the panels and played in the games (even the vile, awful (but in a good way) people who played in my Waxman's Warriors game on Sunday). Also, a huge thanks to Jordan Colson for filling in at the last minute for a GM who couldn't make it and to The Game Publishers' Association for selling our stuff.
If you're one of the people we met at GenCon who's visiting the site for the first time, please sign up for the forums and let us know what you thought of the games and panels. Then check out our Wiki and downloads section for lots of cool (and free) gaming stuff. If you want, you can buy some stuff, too! While you're at it, follow us on Twitter (user name: QAGS) and join our Facebook page (page name: QAGS Second Edition) for updates on what's going on at One Hex Tower.
Now that the convention is over, we're going back to work. We've still got 5 more games to put out this year (including a new Sindbad adventure, fan favorite Fratboys Vs., and the PDF release of Spooky: The Definitive Guide to Horror Gaming). We've also got several of our 2011 releases in the works; my favorites so far are Roller Girls Vs. and Hobomancer: The Unbecoming. Keep an eye on this page, The Death Cookie, and our Twitter and Facebook feeds for up-to-the-minute updates.
