Ordering from the Hex store shouldn't really require much explanation. You just click the items you want, add them to your cart, and follow the directions given during the checkout process. If you've ordered any PDFs, you'll receive a code and link that you can use to download the file or files. You'll usually get this code within 24 hours, but since the system isn't automated it may sometimes take longer (especially when the staff is out of town during convention season).

If you prefer not to order online, you can send a check or money order, along with your shipping information and a list of the products you'd like to purchase, to the following address:

Orders paid by check will be shipped in 7-10 business days. Obviously, you can't order PDFs through the mail.

Shipping
We ship our orders using the U.S. Postal Service. Orders of 10 or fewer books are shipped by priority mail. Larger orders are shipped parcel post. International orders are shipped using either global priority mail or First Class International mail, depending on the size of the order. Shipping is free on all orders that total $250 or more. Our shipping charges are based on the number of books ordered, as shown below. PDF products are not counted towards the shipping total.
